• Planning and tracking of SW workpackages
• Ticket exchange between customer system and PTC integrity
• Error ticket handling
• Build up of ASPICE / ISO26262 related work products
• Setup metrics of regular reporting of the Ticket /SW status and progress
• Prioritization / Escalation / Risk Mangement
• Alignment of the SW schedule with the overall planning
